In accordance with Swedish consumer law, specifically the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. We extend this period to 30 days as part of our customer service commitment.

The return period begins on the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the end of the withdrawal period.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning such items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number

4. Package the items securely, including the return authorization number in the package

5. Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions

6. We will notify you once we receive and process your return

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

We recommend checking product measurements and descriptions carefully before placing your order to ensure a suitable fit and match for your needs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Customized or personalized items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Items without original tags or packaging

General Legal Requirements

Under Swedish consumer law, specifically the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. This right extends to 30 days for our customers as part of our enhanced return policy.

This right applies to goods that are not personalized or made to your specifications, perishable goods, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to their nature.

According to Swedish law, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the goods are defective or we have made an error. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have damaged the goods through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them back.

For defective goods, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) provides additional protection. If a product is defective, you have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it according to our standard return process.
